Haha, fortunately I'm on vacation for a while so I don't have to leave much.

I got a pair of snowshoes for Christmas, though, so hopefully I'll be able to do some hiking and photographing soon.

Snapped this shot in Concord on Christmas Eve (last minute shopping)

And here are a few photos from Meredith yesterday:

The warm weather yesterday also made for an unusually spectacular winter sunset, which I'll post pictures of soon.

The pictures of the water are absolutely stunning and take my breath away. As much as I hated the snow and cold (one of the reasons I left NH), I still miss the darn stuff LOL. I think now that I've been away from it for almost 7 years, I can appreciate it and the 4 seasons. (As long as I don't have to shovel and can stay ON my feet instead of on my butt!)

Looking forward to the sunset pics!

Here are those sunset photos I was talking about. They don't do the real thing justice...

grouseking will become famous soon enoughgrouseking will become famous soon enoughgrouseking will become famous soon enough
I've been so busy, I can't remember the last time I posted some pictures. So, here are some.... Lots of snow and ice the last month, and I have some pics of the ice aftermath in Chester. Its quite impressive.

First, the ice storm in Lebanon. It wasn't nearly as bad here, but we did lose power for a couple hours. Some people lost it for weeks and just got it back before the new year. The storm occurred on 12/12.

Next day, sunshine!

These were taken by my Dad at his house in Chester...they lost power for 5 days

Excellent photos as usual, grouseking. I especially love the snow-covered fields with the mountains in the distance.

Looking forward to more from you in the future!
