pretty good....

Alot of pickerel, of all sizes, and in between.

Good size tiger and yellow perch. Catfish on the bottom, caught 4 while jigging worms, which means they were rising. Smallmouth, not so big.

Here's a pickerel from two weeks ago;

and one from Saturday...not so big, but caught on a fly rod.

The big pond has large browns, rainbows, and decent size smallies.

Thanks for the comments on my photos, everyone. I submitted one of the lupine shots to the "June in your Home State" contest on the Photography forum... fingers crossed.

Here's a weird-looking (and big!) moth I saw a couple times around my house... anyone know what kind it is?

Verseau, I think you've found a Luna Moth. Aren't they cool? I've been looking for Luna Moth caterpillars around my house, but have yet to find one. Their favorite food is sweet gum leaves. I've yet to see caterpillars of any sort this summer (of course the rain hasn't helped with my butterfly egg collecting this year....)

Oh and cute schnauzer... is he or she yours? Is that a mini or a standard?

Thanks for the info, guys. I'd heard of Luna Moths but that was the first time I ever saw one!

And yep, the Schnauzer is mine -- she's a Standard and her name is Angel. She's 12 and her rear legs are pretty weak, so I can't take her on hikes or anything anymore, but she does enjoy being outside whenever she can.

yup, looks a lot like the lunar moth that took a day nap on my office door last month! cool aren't they? I was amazed how huge they are!

Val, they like Sweet Gums? We have tons of those trees around here, but I seldom (like only once) have seen the moth.
