The picture has to be hosted somewhere online. In this case, it's now hosted because you've uploaded it to City Data's site.
The code command isn't working on this board, so I'll try to explain it the best I can. Place an IMG command in brackets before and after the location where the pic is posted. The command before the URL will be IMG in brackets. Then after the URL place a /IMG command inside brackets. It'll look like this, but where you see the word CODE you'll replace that with IMG:

Oy. My head hurts. So putting this img in front of my link from my personal PC won't work? It must come from a site like KodakGallery or something similar?

no, it won't...but if you klik the manage attachments button, you can add pics from your 'puter.
