Verseau, thank you once again for sharing your lupine pictures with us. Although I vowed that I wouldn't miss it this year, I was just not able to get up to Sugar Hill for the Lupine Festival... life happens! Anyway, I was glad to see that this soggy June doesn't seem to have affected the display, and in fact, I think the grey sky may actually enhance the colors. Nice pictures

pretty good....
Alot of pickerel, of all sizes, and in between.
Good size tiger and yellow perch. Catfish on the bottom, caught 4 while jigging worms, which means they were rising. Smallmouth, not so big.
Here's a pickerel from two weeks ago;
and one from Saturday...not so big, but caught on a fly rod.
The big pond has large browns, rainbows, and decent size smallies.

Verseau, I think you've found a Luna Moth. Aren't they cool? I've been looking for Luna Moth caterpillars around my house, but have yet to find one. Their favorite food is sweet gum leaves. I've yet to see caterpillars of any sort this summer (of course the rain hasn't helped with my butterfly egg collecting this year....)
Oh and cute schnauzer... is he or she yours? Is that a mini or a standard?
