Wolfeboro has it's own electric company so they may have lower rates than other towns. They also have low taxes compared to surrounding towns. New homes are almost non-existent. They have city water and private septic for the most part.
It's a small town where the year round residents all know each other, but in summer, it balloons in size.

Mitt Romney has 5 homes in Wolfeboro That seems a little excessive to me. I won't even touch the carbon footprint issue

Buck naked, you wouldn't really wouldn't recommend to live there with a family if you don't like a lot of tourists? Thank you very much, that helps a lot with our information that we are gathering!

Your message is understood! ( I love how you put the accent in there too!) Thank you again! Can you recommend a town similiar that we could research without all of the tourists? Maybe closer to Concord or between Concord and Manchester? (Job prospect in Bedford). Thank you again Bucknaked

Snow newbies!
Okay, I'm going to give this pic upload thing a shot. After the picture of the football snow sculpture I'm a little embarrassed to post ours Keep in mind that I hadn't built a snowman since I was 15 so it's been a couple of years and they had never even seen snow before our trip.
My brood...we got a chance to actually be there while it snowed. After 8 hours playing in the snow with only a short lunch break my youngest son (blue and black jacket) had to call it a day while we were finding the finishing touches for our snowman. Poor little guy has Spina-Bifida and his legs were just exhausted, so we headed out the following day and our snowman was still standing. He smoothed out the snow that had accumulated on it and I snapped the pic. What an unbelievable time we had!!!

Great pics and video Kellybell00! Looks like you remembered how to build a snowman just fine!
Looks like the kids enjoyed the snowman and the "flight in the snow" as well!
What area of NH were you in?
