OH YEAH, they used alot more when they were younger. now, not so much. they spend more time sleeping then any thing else. i 'll get a pic of feeding time. LOL

Hey lisa, these seem to grow wild here. their all along the road side every where. if you would like to make arangements with me i could box up a whole bunch of them and send them to you if you would like. my dw suggested that yesterday. if you would like, it's up to you. here's a pic of some along the road side. dm me if you are interested.

Thanks for your offer, JFR. They grow like that here too, even at the local dump! I joked that I'd have to sneak out and dig some up one night (joking!!!) because they grow everywhere but are apparently no longer for sale. I'm determined to find them on my own, regardless of your generous offer. The exciting part of gardening for me is not just the gardening itself, but also obtaining the goods 
It's the same with cooking, and music....deciding what you specifically like then searching it out is half the fun! Usually my tastes are more obscure or less mainstream, so in the case of the lilies I thought it would be a breeze.
