Smile From the Flatlander Gypsy....

Hiya guys. I've been busy and haven't posted in a while, but I wanted to say the pictures you posted were just wonderful! I enjoyed them very much. I have a few pictures to donate to the drool file. For all of you flatlanders out there wishing to come to NH, I was there in your shoes just a few months ago. May I say it was the best move I ever made, and I can't believe we live in such a gorgeous place on Earth. To add some fun to the thread, one of the cool things about NH, even if you suck at photography, your pictures still turn out wonderful. NH's beauty speaks for itself. All of these photos are from our digital camera. The full moon picture and the last scenic view picture are from our very own back yard in Belmont, NH. What an adventure it is to live here. Enjoy.

Smile Great Photos!

Katlakat: Yes, I agree too.Wow! What beautiful photos! Thanks for sharing & nice to see your post.

Tara: Thanks for sharing the giant snowman. I think I'd have trouble making a snowball let alone a snowman of that size. Your neighbor is very inspiring. LOL.

Katlakat, your pictures are beautiful, thank you for sharing them. Everytime I see pictures of NH, it reminds me of some of the reasons as to why my family and I want to move out there. You just cant get that kind of beauty out here in So Cali....

Katlakat, I love your pictures! Beautiful! And I'm right there with you. So happy to have moved here a few months ago, my daughter hasn't stopped saying everywhere she looks it's like a postcard picture, and I imagine that's how you feel in your own backyard

Suzet2262, You're right, NH has beauty that just doesn't exist in SoCal! I hope you make it here to appreciate it in person soon. It was a very positive move for my family, also from "beautiful" SCV (lol).

There sure was a lot of catching up here on the forum. Thank you everyone for adding your pictures.

Fishnfool -- Thank you for posting more mountain pictures and the waterfalls are great!!! Can't wait to live there and be able to hike the mountains that will be in my back yard playground!

Valerie -- Your snowy scenes seem so peaceful.

Katlakat -- Thank you for adding to the "drool file".

Dare to Dream -- The sunset is amazing!

Tara -- That snowman puts mine to shame! My girls made a 4' snowman directly in front of my car and when it was time to go I pulled out the camera to take a video. My hubby backed the car up a wee bit and hit the gas. Snowman parts went flying everywhere. Very funny stuff!!

Suzet -- I must say, I enjoy your animated photo best of all.

And to anyone I missed, I thoroughly enjoy your posts.

ROFL!!!! That must have been a fun sight. Well, its back to the drawing board for Mr. Snowman again, more fun right?

Our snow is still too fluffy for a good snowman. But with the amount in my yard, I could make a small arctic army. I've had 3 weeks off before starting my new job and I'm bored.

These are very nice pictures of the Mountains. They look like the Rocky mountains here in Northern New Mexico. Again very nice photos !!
