Default Lancaster/Milan questions

Am thinking about moving to somewhere in the Lancaster/Milan area. As a family, we would like to be within 30-45 minutes from the following:

1. A ballet studio, and
2. A Reformed believing church.

Am I asking for too much? Can anyone give me a recommendation for these? Thanks in advance.

I don't know about a ballet studio but my niece goes to dance class in Berlin which is just 10 minutes from Milan and there's are many different kinds of churches in Berlin. Milan is a nice place to live. My sister has 3 acres of land for sale in Milan if your looking for property. Runs right along the river.

Yes, we are looking for property. Can you tell me about Milan? Does it have a center of town- like a small Main Street? We were up visiting the area in October, but didn't get to Milan.

Thank you for the information about the dance studio!

Milan is very rural yet it's not far to Berlin where you'll travel mostly to do things. Most everyone knows everyone there. Taxes are much lower in Milan than Berlin. No main street. Basically all there is in town is an elementary school and a small general store with gas pumps a few groceries and a small restaurant inside. You'd be doing your banking and shopping in Berlin which like i said is only 10 -15 minutes away. Every year Milan hosts the Old Home Days festival in the fall. There is the hospital in Berlin. My sister is a nurse for ICU but works in lancaster. She travels from Berlin. She did work in Berlin for 10 years but transferred to Lancaster hospital. She was planning to build a log cabin on her property in Milan but instead they found a log home for sale that was what they wanted on a lake front so they bought that instead so they now have their property for sale. If you'd like any more info on the property, she has it listed online with a realtor. I can send you the link. Any other info i can share, i'd be happy to.
