Question Real estate growth projections?

ValerieC, where are you now?
It's funny, but every State I have every researched I found tons of real estate growth projections for the future EXCEPT for New Hampshire. I am wondering where the growth will take place (Laconia? Portsmouth? Hampton? Etc.)?
Also, wondering how many will be coming into New Hampshire.
I did see something on the net that I wished I had bookmarked but didn't saying that NH was to grow by some huge amount in the future by 50%. I cannot remember if it was a projection for the next 10 years or 20. And I did not take not of who did this projection. Dang! How I wish I had bookmarked that.
If anyone has any future real estate growth projections on New Hampshire, I surely wish you would share the information with us.

The city of Portsmouth's population is declining. Duplexes are being knocked down for single families. Apartments that used to house students and "lower class" are being converted into condos for older folks.

Hampton saw most of it's development pre-1970.

No idea about Laconia, but last time i was there.. I didn't see much construction.

The population of Belknap County has grown over 9% since 2000. The lakes region is definitely growing.

Here I am It's been a little busy this week with kids on vacation, working, etc.

Being that it's nearly midnight, after a long day I'm hesitant to post real estate info/data, as I'll be sure to mess something up LOL and be unable to change the post. I'll check in with some info soon for you Tootsie

Maybe because NH is so small, but this State is a booger to get any information on projectionwise or when it comes to cost of living comparisons. Whew....really hard for people moving there.
