Adult Rec Leagues
Does anyone know of any rec. leagues in or around Nashua? I'm looking for adult leagues, maybe ice hockey or soccer, that aren't too competitive- hopefully co-ed. I'd even go for softball or kickball if they are popular. I know there are rinks in Nashua and Hudson, some fields in Greely Park. Do adults ever get together out there and play?
I've heard Manchester might have some hockey leagues.
Has anybody heard of such a thing? I haven't had much luck in my search so far. Thanks!

Manchester has softball and baseball leagues, both men and women. So does Concord. Maybe Nashua does as well.

Dravan, a couple of my co-workers have husbands who play ice hockey in Manchester. I'll get the contact info and post it here hopefully on Friday

Check with the ice rinks and see which leagues play at that particular arena. Call the athletic dept. about softball/baseball/soccer leagues since most leagues use city fields and playing time has to be scheduled.

I play in the portsmouth leagues (dodgeball) and it's a blast. It's mostly young adults though there are some baby boomers who play. if you can't tell from the logo, it's not taken super serious, but for all the fun, it does get competitive once you're on the field or court.

Thanks for the info everybody!
I'll keep curling as my backup plan. And I will make some calls to rinks, parks, etc. once I make the move.
fishnfool - nhssc looks perfect, a good way to meet some fun people once I get into town. I see they have a league for floor hockey coming up too, in Nashua. Thanks!
