Default Vancouver Wa. to ? New hampshire

I have been reading all your blogs today and find you most helpful. I grew up in Everett, Ma and moved out west in 1988 where I shortly thereafter met my husband and have been trying to move back ever since! My husband is finally ready and with help I think we can this summer. We currently are 30 min from downtown Portland OR. sports, fine dining ent. etc. Nice Urban culture, however I long for the tight community feel neighborhoods, A "square" local library etc. I am an RN and work in Labor and delivery big hospital, my husband is a ditgital tech. engineer. We have four kids one leaving for college this year and three in 5th,3rd, and K. We need at least 3000 sq ft NICE home in a friendly cultured town with good schools. My 5th grd plays football and my 3rd plays piano and sings, an arts and academic school would be a great choice for her!! We are Costco die-hards love to entertain and do things as a family-TRADITION is huge for us. We've looked at south east NH nashua manchester dover etc. Also my husband and I started golf seriously this last year so proximetry to that is helpful
