Now that the nest is empty, my wife and I are thinking of downsizing. We are thinking that having a detached condo in a 55+ development might be the way to go. This will be a place to live for 10 years or so before we retire and move to the south shore of Boston...
How can I find a list of 55+ developments in Nashua and surrounding towns? I searched on nneren.com and did not find "55+" as a search criterion...
Does anyone have any experience with these types of communities? We are concerned about restrictions...
I really dislike how limited the public side of NNEREN is-you would think that it would be more consumer friendly. But considering that many MLS systems don't even have a public side, I guess we can't expect too much from it. I'll send a pm with recommendation (I don't think we can make public recommendations for real estate websites). FYI, the site I will be recommending is not my own...
