Talking Sticky Chat

I also like the "off-topic" chat idea. This way more people can participate too.

That way you can post a recipe (especially the Whoopie Pie one ), a restaurant review or a synopsis of a town with special events it offers. ...or your favorite Super Bowl party food.

"sticky photos" sounds a little scary...

But anyway...
lisa, all my cookbooks are in bins right now while we're doing some construction at home. As soon as I can get to them, I'll send you the recipe for French Pork Pie (trust me, it's not gourmet, just good simple food

Valerie C, I would also like a copy of your French Pork Pie recipe, as we are 1/2 French! Thanks!

Hello all.

Valerie I do agree with your comment on the housing thread. I was thinking about last too after I posted it. I started thinking it might not be such a great idea, but I wanted to see what you all had to say.....I really like the idea of the Chat-Off Topic sticky...that could be a good thread, if it isnt taken advantage of. I wouldnt want to have to ban or give an infraction to people for fighting or just saying anything and turning it into a problem, ya know what I mean. I would be very willing to try it though. I will keep this subject open for a few more days. Then I will post a sticky and take it from there. I will also go to the wonderful powers that be and see if they would have any kind of guide lines for an open chat kind of thread..BTW, Admin, Marka, and Yac are all so very helpful to everyone. They really care about this whole forum. So anyway, keep up with the input, I really appreciate it. And lets get another good sticky going.

My family is half french too..

Lisa, sticky photos is just a name of the thread. If it is a sticky, it always stays on the top of the list of threads.

Sparky, you just never tasted one of my whoopie pies, that is the problem..lol

Boo, Dare and SkiChick thank you for your suggestion on the open topic chat, I think that might be the one...
