oh i just heard of a little homeopathic remedy for a persistant cough....1/2 cup of pomegranete juice..supposed to work with in 2 days......with all the 'flu and stuff flying around it may be worth a try...I also heard much more than 1/2 per day will make you over regular if you get my drift
Hi Colin - We've had good luck with Unicel here and in the North Conway area. Hubby gets better service as he has a newer phone, but even my "old" phone works pretty well.

Thanks for the info on the pomegranate juice - if we come down with what our granddaughter had, I'll definitely give it a try....when I don't have to go anywhere

Talking I missed out on all the fun!

2KidsforMe saved your reputation I see!

The mods are wonderful! Have you thanked your Mod today! Compliments

Speaking of which, "Thanks Suzet for all your hard work"

Also, there are no more negative reps. Hooray! Should we disable negative reputation points?

Instead we just report a problematic post by clicking & the moderators can take care of it.

Now we can just have fun & hopefully not take things too seriously, um, or just agree to disagree sometimes.

Keep your home remedies coming! Anybody got a home remedy that works well for stuffy noses? We've been doing the saline water thing for couple days, vicks, etc. but would like to try something else for more long lasting relief. TIA for any ideas
Thanks for the info Valerie......for stuffy noses grab a bowl of steaming hot water add a small amount of eucalyptus oil, cover your head with a towel over the bowl and inhale.......

Smile Hello Colin R! Just a general idea of what it is.....

ITS A HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION = HOA

People that live in a "community" and pay a FEE to take care of things like a

community pool, tennis courts, common grounds, an entrance gate and or

security guard if appropriate, etc. Just to name a few.....

Some communities have more things like even a club house, gym, etc. and if

its a small community the fee tends to be higher, than a larger one,

(where the fee might not be too high, because it is spread among all of

the residents).

There also REG & RULES that the people in this community need to follow.

Obviously this is different from community to commnuity.

I hope this helps.

Take care,

Countrylv22

Smile Hello Colin R GOOG LUCK!!

You are welcome COLIN!

By the way, I forgot to mention that an HOA will also have rules, if you can

have a HUGE boat parked in your driveway or not, colors that you can paint

your house or not.

Some people hate these HOA'S because they want to tell you how and what

to do, things around your home. However, some people love them because

at least they know the neighborhood will not be painted in PURPLE

or go down hill.....

Obviously its a good idea to read these documents when purchasing a house,

or town house that might have it. To know what you are getting into

The fees typically are paid every quarter or monthly to the Association.

Good Luck to you & your family with your move, Colin.

Take care,

Countrylv22
