Colin,
Check out Northern New England Real Estate Network - Official Website of the Northern New England MLS. This is the New Hampshire MLS "public search" page. You can search for homes for sale, and they do have rentals listed as well. Best of luck... North Conway is beautiful 4 seasons a year!

Colin R,

I live in Conway. Born and raised here. You are picking a great place if lifestyle is what you're after. Winters are long, especially this year. We have lots of snow on the ground.

We maybe looking to rent my home come April/May. Not sure it would work for you as it is a ranch. Stairs to get to the main level. We need to sell our other property first. We have a 30 Acres with a large horse barn.

If you need advise, I'd be glad to help. There are areas you don't want to live in. Local traffic is less of an issue than it used to be, but still worth considering.

Cell phones: US Cellular is the top seller. I have Verizon. They share the same towers. AT&T works, but only as romming. BTW, there is a dead zone for all cells in Redstone.

Conlin R, I saw that in another thread.

Watch the taxes in the towns just south of Conway. Much higher.

If you're willing to commute a bit, Berlin NH has some dirt cheap houses right now, since the paper mill closed lots of people are moving out.
