Nope, not a joke  Just somebody's way of getting that listing some attention, and apparently it worked--the property is now under agreement and waiting to close. Here are the MLS comments (you can expand greatly at realtor.com w/ additional comments, pictures, scrolling text, etc):

IMO it's good to see a agent thinking "outside the box" and writing some unique descriptions instead of the usual praise and prose that is usually found on the MLS/realtor.com |
