One warning on going for your masters as a entry level teacher, It makes your more expensive, Teachers have salary tables, Teachers with masters even entry level with no experience get a higher salary then a teacher who is coming in with just a bachelor degree.

If a school system is looking at two teachers for one job, both entry level, seems most superintendents and Principals will select the "Cheaper" teacher.

They have limited budgets, do "I" pay few thousands more for the "New" teacher with a masters?

All school systems want the best most qualified teacher and not the cheapest teacher.
