How is traffic on I-95 south in summer, especially near Hampton tolls?
How is traffic on I-95 south in summer, particularly around the Hampton tolls? My girlfriend commutes to Mass for work and I'm trying to figure out if it would work out for her to live in Portsmouth. She'd need to take 95 south between 5 - 6PM (currently Wednesday - Sunday). If living in Portsmouth she'd get right on 95 at exit 7 or exit 5, she wouldn't need to deal with the Spaulding turnpike or anything.
What would be bad days / hours in general?
