Hello -

My spouse and I will be relocating to the Portsmouth-Durham-Dover area from western Maine this summer. Husband is a freelance web designer and supports his father's business, and I will be attending a 1-year master's at UNH. We're looking at townhomes/condos in and around Dover.

Alternatively, if anyone has leads on reasonable rentals that would accommodate two large dogs, we are open to that as well. So far this avenue has proved fruitless, hence the interest in purchasing. We have a good amount of savings, zero debt, and exceptional credit.

Thank you!

Good morning,

Rentals for that area tend to go mainly toward college students and dogs are often an issue in rentals in general. If you need any help with finding homes, a lender, or just information on the area I would be happy to help you. I am a licensed Realtor in New Hampshire and have lived here for 30 years. I will send you a direct message.
