I just hear that motorcycle raced Nikki Hayden was just killed in a bicycle accident.
He was hit by a car. Not really a bicycle accident. He could have been walking or running.

A helmet wouldn't have done anything for him.

And he was over 16 years old.

And he wasn't in NH at the time.

RIP Nikki.

If the ban was just on texting people would take it more seriously. Banning talking on your phone without a hands free device just reeks of overreach, or lobbying.
