Default New Homes in Concord

I am brand new to this forum, and I can say that I love it. My wife and are would love to get some information about new neighborhoods in Concord. We don't have any kids (yet) and would love to get into a nice neighborhood that is "new" and currently being developed. Does anyone know of any areas that are really starting to grow in the area? Or does anyone know of any home builders that are doing things in the Concord area? Thanks for the help.

Matt

concord don't have alot of builders there. try this site it is very help ful with tax rates and home prices and it does it by town. it even has rental properties for lease. www.nneren.com that is all the help i can give sorry the site is not any particular realitor or sales of anykind are prohibited unless you call them. so you don't have to deal with anyone till your ready. and it gives you a closer picture than most sites. you will still want the info section of this website for all info on crime weather ect.

Bow, perhaps? But you're gonna have to have some money--it's not cheap there.

Default Hello

I am sorry I didnt see this sooner.

There are some great areas in Concord. East Concord and South Concord are very nice. There are some great builders out there too. Our neighbors had their house built by MRP Construction & Restoration 603 223 4002. They did a great job on their house. I am not sure what you are looking for, but I hope I have helped you.
