Aside, Godwin's law has been, in some circumstances, suspended. Source: Godwin himself.

Question was Jesse Jarvis of Claremont a regular at the "Imperial Buffet and Lounge"?

In many New Hampshire towns, the best place to go for a mixed drink is a Chinese restaurant.

There didn’t appear to be any problems inside the bar itself, Zhang said. He was working, he said, but did not see the shooting.

That happened several months ago. Besides being a founder of a white supremacist prison gang, the deceased had a long history of drug use and per one newspaper article had been arrested, charged, and/or convicted of various crimes >50 times. AFAIK, the shooter has not been identified or arrested and no specific motive identified either, but I would guess the deceased had made any number of enemies.

No one arrested 50 times should be walking the streets and that is the problem!!! Throw away the key.

And, where is the sympathy for someone who was obviously mentally ill and had "a challenging childhood, one in which he learned to mask personal pain with drugs and alcohol"?

Where is the "love, not hate" crowd?

I don't think he was "obviously mentally ill", and the statement you quoted was made by Jarvis to a judge to excuse his behavior and to attempt to have a prison sentence reduced.
