Or this one from Wikipedia:

I also remember that Stark had the only POW camp in NH during WWII. Nothing remains of it except the historical marker. I found an image of that, too!

Bethlehem
Bethlehem NH can also fit the definition of a Norman Rockwell Small Town USA. It has some of the most beautiful scenery in the USA;

Also has a great down town area as well!

Bethlehem is a very pretty town, with very nice people, as well. I enjoy spending time there...and on Sundays during the summer they have concerts at the gazebo which are always fun to go to!
If I remember correctly, around Christmas time, you can take the cards you send out to their post office so they are postmarked from Bethlehem with a special postmark

Thanks for those beautiful pix of Bethlehem, Comet! Yes, Bethlehem is another beautiful little town, halfway between Twin and Littleton. I used to go to Bethlehem to visit a friend I had there, and we would go have our hair cut by a guy from New York City who came out in the summer, then we would do some shopping and have coffee. The surrounding countryside is really beautiful, and it is nice just to ride around.
I also remember sending my Christmas cards to the Bethlehem PO so they could get a special postmark.
When I was very little, I believed that it was actually the Bethlehem where Jesus was born in the manger! And I was really baffled for a long time, because every time I saw a picture of the Nativity it was in the desert and there was always a camel or two standing beside it. Every time we went to Bethlehem I kept expecting that eventually we would drive to the part of town where the desert was, but we never did!!
