Derry has some nice condos and good schools. There is also the difference in taxes, no state income tax in NH, but if you work in Mass, you will still have to pay. Also, Auto insurance rates are higher in Massachusetts.
Any rentals in the Pelham area? That would be closer to Andover and it seems like a nice community. (Since NH is so small, if your kids play sports, you get to see a lot of the state on the weekends!)
