Default Working in NH and living in Maine???

My husband might be getting a job in Conway NH and I was wondering how does the tax stuff work out if you live in one state and work in another???

Thanks.

Default Why oh why?

Greetings-
Conway is a beautiful place to work and live. But why in the world would you live in Maine instead of New Hampshire? Maine taxes the daylights out of New Hampshire residents who work there (because of the shipyard) I can not imagine what they would do to someone living in Maine and making money in New Hampshire. New Hampshire- Live Free or Die- State motto. No sales tax, no income tax...why would you want to live anywhere else? Consider moving to Conway or North Conway or Ossipee...its really heaven on Earth! (Tourist season is a little crowded- so you may like Tamworth, Wakefield (very pretty town) or something else.
Peace-
