Default Where is a great place for age 55 to live up to $250,000?

Does anyone have any suggestions? Attracted to the White Mountains, looking for a newer place vs. older. Looking for a community feel.

Thanks.

Quick questions...Do you know Lightning McQueen? How about Mater?

For real though, I can't answer your question. Hang in there and someone will answer. Valerie C on this forum is a realtor. Maybe you can DM her and she might give you some ideas.
