It looks as though we'll be making our second trip to NH next week! I can't wait! We'll be scouting out Lancaster.

Who knows the Lancaster area well? Where are the best places to eat? LOL!

Hi OBnurse - Have fun scouting out Lancaster! I've only been there once, so don't know much about it. If you search the NH forum for Lancaster, you should be able to find some info. One poster, nhyrnut, used to post a lot; I believe he and his family live in Lancaster, but he hasn't posted in quite awhile, so I'm not sure if he's even on the forums any more.

We're in Littleton - about 20-30 minutes from Lancaster.

Thanks, DaretoDream! I am thinking the Littleton Hospital might be a nice place for me to work if we go ahead and settle down in Lancaster.

Lancaster has a good hospital too. my sister works there in the ICU/ER. They are always short staffed.

Danielle,

I was very interested in Lancaster, but the OB dept closed April 1.

Oh bummer. well there's always the Berlin and Littleton hospital. They are about the same distance for driving from Lancaster. I've worked in the Berlin hospital myself when i was younger and it's a nice place to work. Actually, my sister was just offered a job in the OR and she's going to take it because it's only 2 miles from her home in Berlin. They still have the OB open there so you'll have a few options.

2 miles to work sounds wonderful!

We're here.

Ate at Crabby Jack's last night. Cute place.

Fell in love with a house already.

Going to check out the town more today, and off to Littleton tomorrow.

BEAUTIFUL WEATHER.

OBnurse - How are you doing on your scouting mission? Kinda dismal in these parts today, but yesterday was pretty nice weather-wise!
