It makes for interesting conversations "Can you hear me now?" yes.. "Can you hear me now?" no... "Can you hear me now?" not really... "Can you hear me now?" no... "Can you hear me now?"..................

what don't you get? there are pockets when and where the cell phone won't work because there aren't enough towers to pass the signal.

I'm still confused about the "limited" cell/internet connection, I figure next week to call the town hall in Sugar Hill and ask.
Limama - As others have said, the limited cell could mean the way the cell phones tend to go in and out, depending on where you are in relation to the towers, mountains, etc. There are many "pockets" up here where you lose cell service - may not be for long, but you do lose it and it also seems to depend on the weather at times.

With the internet connection, I'd guess that some areas have high-speed internet (DSL or cable) while other areas may only have dial-up available and possibly satellite service. I'm pretty sure most places have at least dial-up (although there may be a long distance fee incurred).

Instead of having her divorce, have her want to get away from a more populated area to get back to nature and "find herself" or to "challenge herself" in being more self-sufficient!

It may also mean that reception is limited depending on your plan. Ne Ipswich is listed as 'limited' - T-mobile doesn't cover much of anything other than Nashua (and just barely Hollis) and some parts of Amherst, and that's what I sent with DH when he went to look at land. There was no connection at all with my phone. Yet our agent, standing right beside him with her US Cellular phone was able to call me just fine.

So... it may also be limited by who's got a cell tower and who doesn't. They don't all share.

LIMAMA is on a distinguished road
Default No No I Get It

I was just hoping that "limited" meant that perhaps there was only Internet/cell phone reception for certain hours of the day---her middle daughter is already upset with her for moving thm to the "sticks", so not having cell phone or web access would be a tremendous deal for her.

The "divorce" angle would work for any other network but Hallmark, and I started this before they came into the picture. Now I'm toying with the idea that she's a widower and she's embroiled in a nasty lawsuit with her brother-in-law over the business she and her late husband started.
