Hello,

I just found this forum, may I join in the fun? I grew up in NH and have been in "exile" down in DE & MD since graduating highschool. I wanna come home! wish I didn't have to wait until retirement to do it Most of my family is still there, though.

We've been looking at towns and land and taxes and all that fun stuff, so I might have info for the folks - geez, looks like lots of people want to move into NH, it is the only 'sane' state around (or used to be)

I have very little experience with forums (I'm used to Yahoo), so I don't really understand the subscription/folders bit. I hope I do things right.

And besides, we're more moderate/conservatives who hate taxes and think the government should stop telling us how to live our lives (it was our parents job to raise us and teach us what to do, not the govt) - and believe me, down here just above the DC beltway.. we're sick of the gov telling us how to live.
