Default Looking to Rent in Seacoast area - 3+ Bedroom

Hard to find good rental homes. Any one have anything?
Looking for a good area, from Portsmouth to Seabrook. 3+ bedroom, clean and well kept area. Home/Condo, doesnt matter. Must be able to take mild mannered dog and 2 cats.

Up to $ 2000/mo, 1-2 years. We like Hampton Falls, but there isnt much there for rentals.

thanks!
Jay

Hi Jay
You could check the "usual" rental spots like craigslist, or check for rentals in the New Hampshire MLS (Northern New England Real Estate Network - Official Website of the Northern New England MLS). Is anyone in the family a smoker? Would you consider Greenland? Dover? Pets are usually on a case-by-case basis, sometimes "NO PETS" can change with the right person and the right pet

I have checked those from time to time and they have some things on there. Just not that many decent home rentals.

Keep your eye out for rentals in Exeter. Just to give you an example of a recent rental: a nice, well-kept, 3-bedroom cape with a decent yard in a family neighborhood off High Street near me just rented for $1400/mo. Good luck!

of course always check the union leader, portsmouth herald, fosters daily democrat classifieds, the apartment guides at the grocery stores, your library.

also if there's a rental close to your price range and it's not a "complex/realtor" type - ask them if they can come down in price just to be a little affordable if you can assure them you are a great tenant to have.
