Boy, am I dumb. I've read through this thread 20 times and couldn't figure out what you were talking about JFR. I kept scrolling up and down, up and down. I just noticed the google ad for jail. I think I finally get it...duh  |

??? How many people do you have to give reps to before you can give someone you already gave 1 to another??? Many times trying to give reps it tells me I have to spread more around before I can rep that person again????

I "think" it is 20. Plus you can only rep so much in a 24 hour period before you get sent to jail
