I think this forum initially designed as a portal for relocation and or other city/town information has morphed into A LOT more in very good and positive way.

Just look/research how many people have posted in City-Data stating on how they are addicted to this site as well as the friends they made here.

So I think it's a mix of everything you mentioned you're confused about.

Yup! I was trying to explain CD to one of my friends today: a forum where you can get some really good help, advice and info about NH.. and when no one is looking for that, we just hang out and party!

Hi Sparky, I am sorry, I didnt see your response. The schools arent an issue for us. Both my girls are out of school. My youngest however is looking into Bennington College in Vermont.

When we come out there in Oct, we will be looking onto Exeter too. Thanks for your suggestions.

Happy 2 years of living in NH.

I don't have kids, but from what I understand, Exeter is the best school system in the area by far.

Newmarket and Dover are good--Dover also has a couple of really good private schools if that's your thing.
