I think this forum initially designed as a portal for relocation and or other city/town information has morphed into A LOT more in very good and positive way.
Just look/research how many people have posted in City-Data stating on how they are addicted to this site as well as the friends they made here.
So I think it's a mix of everything you mentioned you're confused about.

Hi Sparky, I am sorry, I didnt see your response . The schools arent an issue for us. Both my girls are out of school. My youngest however is looking into Bennington College in Vermont.
When we come out there in Oct, we will be looking onto Exeter too. Thanks for your suggestions .
