Looking to move to Manchester and trying to get a feel of the different areas.
I have found some apartments for rent on the East Side around the Prout Park/Cypress Street/Silver Street area but cant get a feel on how safe it is etc. Downtown seems cool but also seams kinda expensive for Manchester. West side Dosent interest me but not sure? Just looking for opinions on different areas and where to look.
I am in my mid 20's looking for a safe area with easy access to 93.

Surprised no one responded to your post, but I wouldn't call that area the east side. It's more south central. East side to me is closer to 28A/Mammoth Rd. Beware Manchester isn't highly touted as being the largest city in the state (and small nationwide), it's under a microscope. The area you're looking into is still ok, though. Better than the heart of central, or parts of the west side.

I've got some family who live in that area, Jewett St. and Somerville St. and it's typical of Manchester; I wouldn't want to live west of Wilson St. or north of Valley Street in that particular area due to higher crime, but the rest of the Somerville neighborhood is quiet.

Thank you for the responses it was very helpful!
Do you know anything about Cypress Court?
Is it safe for someone as myself who is new to the area and in their mid-20's?
They seem nice and Cypress Court as well as other apartments in the area are reasonable I am just most concerned about safety.
