No lots are available as far as I know. There are places for sale every once and awhile, sometimes 3 season, sometimes all year. I believe my folks lucked out and got 1.75 acres for around $60,000. That was at least five years ago. I believe they built for around $150,000, but now their place values for over $400,000. Water lots in NH are dwindling quickly. My folks purchased the last couple of lots with some friends (now their neighbors) on Chesham Pond.

There are a bunch of little ponds around the Keene area. I don't know how many have lots on them, but you may have some sucess with the town of Marlow.

This is the link to our MLS system in New Hampshire. Input your search criteria and do a search! The majority of listings will show you the property address (apparently this is not part of many state's public MLS search...) so that you can map the listing, check out the neighborhood via satellite, etc.
