Default Expectations for rent in Seacoast are

I am wondering what I should expect to pay for a 3bdrm house, or condo on the seacoast. I moved to the west coast, and am very much looking forward to moving home. I have no pets, just one teenager, and one in grade school.

the New Hampshire Geography thread will give you a bunch of useful maps - especially town names so you can see which towns are near the seacoast, and Northern New England Real Estate Network will give you current prices for places to live.

You can check out Foster's Daily Democrat for the Strafford County area classifieds. I'd expect around 1200/month or more depending on the town (location being key of course). In Portsmouth/Rockingham County check out the Portsmouth Herald for their ads. Both have websites, just put in their names and google them.
