Default Medical Condition and Cold Weather

I am a little nervous about asking this in this forum . . .

Do any of you know of anyone (directly or indirectly) who lives in NH and has RSD? I am wondering how the cold weather affects their pain. This will have a direct impact on whether we relocate or not.

Thank you

Here's a website from NIH about RSD - (you are talking about reflex sympathetic dystrophy, right? )Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Information Page: National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS)

And here's one specifically for RSD - http://www.rsds.org/index2.html

They might answer some of your questions about the cold weather - I would also speak with your current doctor and see what he/she says about the cold weather and your particular circumstances.

Hope this helps!

Thank you DareToDream,

You are correct, RSD is Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. Your research is appreciated but I was hoping to find someone actually living in NH with the condition. It is a fairly uncommon and I wanted to ask them some specific questions about their quality of life, docs, pain mgmt, etc.

Thank you again
