Undeveloped Properties
Hello,
I currently live in Tennessee, but I am interested in making a move to New Hampshire. I am searching for undeveloped properties in secluded areas. The property has to be cheap and must be 5 acres or more. Could anyone help me with this?

what's your definition of cheap? and define secluded? like no one around for miles, or just outside of town and the 5 acres be the difference between you and the neighbor? also are you going to need electricity, water etc, because they don't necessarily get built to you without you paying a good portion of the costs.

No one around for miles. No utilities. And cheap, maybe a couple thousand or less per acre.

Good luck - don't think you'd find that in NH - even up North it's the scenic and covenants and stuff. Now I might be wrong, if so I'm sure someone will jump up and scold me - but I can't see 5 acres going for $10,000 or less with no one around for miles (definitely if anyone was around it would be a no). You might want to try Montana or North Dakota area for that kind of land - even parts of Texas might be undeveloped and cheap.

Thanks for the replies.
Alright, what about 10/11 acres for around 30-40k?

The MLS site for New Hampshire is Northern New England Real Estate Network - Official Website of the Northern New England MLS. This site is the most accurate and up-to-date listing of property for sale in the state, and will list all of the property for sale at either of the two sites that were just mentioned.

Mason, while a bit.. odd.. isn't going to give you a place that's miles away from anyone with no utilities around. It's sandwiched between Greenville, Milford & Brookline - and right on the Mass line.
Maybe the OP should look at norther ME? it's pretty remote up there.
