Default Any drawbacks to living on Shaws Pond

I'm looking at a home on Shaws Pond in New Durham NH and would appreciate info, good or bad about buying there.

Thanx, Bob

I dont know anything about Shaws pond but i really like that area in N.H. If your into hunting, fishing or the outdoor lifestyle in general you'll be in heaven there. There's just about anything you'd need within a short drive. If i'm correct i think Shaws is on the Wolfeboro side of New Durham. Alton is just down the road and Lake Winni is right there. Beautiful area.

any place in New Durham is nice. I'm not familiar with Shaw's pond, but I go to Merrymeeting a lot for kayaking and fishing.

shopping is in the next towns - New Durham is fairly isolated but beautiful country and a great place to raise a family.

I found the ideal home but I won't be able to make the deal happen for now, I'm not close enough to selling my home.

Thanx for your interest, Bob
