We're focusing on two areas; Epsom and Rumney. My property requirements really cut down on the possibilities.

How is 25 and I93 in the winter? Do they clear the snow expediently?

My wife might be working on Concord 2-3 days per week.

Also, the fact that I'd be basically next to the White Mountain NF is a big plus as I love wildlife.

25 and 93 should be fine during the winter, it's cleared well and often. That being said, you should put on snow tires, if you don't use them already. Sometimes a passing squall can dump an inch or two before the plows head out.
