Default Waterville Valley

Hi all,
I'm looking into the Waterville Valley resort area for a getaway for my family. The nordic trails appeal for snowshoeing (IF there is snow): Waterville Valley Nordic Center - Waterville Valley, NH
It looks like there are many places to stay there. Can anyone recommend a particular place? Is this a family-friendly type of area? Any feedback is appreciated!

Lisa, I'm not sure, but I think I remember our friend New Hampshire Girl living or working in the Waterville Valley area. You may want to send her a DM... I haven't seen her post in quite awhile--maybe a DM would be emailed to her? A get-away sound GREAT! Maybe you can try cross-country skiing as well (I think there is already snow up there )

Waterville Valley has been developed for a wide range of summer and winter activites. I doubt that you would be disappointed.
