Default Pediatricians in Hollis/Nashua Area?

We got our flu shots at Dartmouth/Hitchcock in Nashua and I like a lot about the practice (extended hours, urgent care, etc) but I'd love to hear feedback from others before committing to a pediatrician...thanks!

We don't have kids so I can't comment on their pediatric care; but I really like the practice and especially how the majority of services you would need are right there in their facility. So far I've been happy with everyone we've met and their billing department is awesome, we had a slight issue with our insurance (the company just got confused, nothing major) and THEY resolved it for us and provided documentation that it was indeed resolved for our records- pretty awesome.

Thank you. I'd also love to hear about pediatric/regular dentists if anyone has a good one (or one to avoid...)

Merjolie8 is on a distinguished road
We have Dr. Jonathan Sixon in Milford and he's great. He's family practice so my husband also goes to him. 672-7600

Avoid Mina Kalali in Nashua for pediatric dentist. Not very friendly to a very anxious 4 yo. and her staff is very rigid. The kid is crying, terrified and of course not behaving, but he's only 4. He wanted to play after the appointment (small play area) and she said that since he didn't behave, he couldn't!

We now go to Dr. Nilfa Collins in Pelham. 635-6611 A little farther away, but worth it.

I chose a dentist Dr. Eva Fung in Nashua for the entire family, kids & adults, and had some necessary work done by her to my satisfaction. However, when my dh saw her associate (he has never had a cavity, excellent teeth, no complaints) he was uncharacteristically told he needed 3 fillings. When he talked to Dr. Fung, she said those were just "areas to watch", and when he refused getting fillings on that basis she told him she had to make a living.

Needless to say we are looking for a new dentist too.

Lisa - Wow! I can't believe she admitted it! I have had a dentist try to fill too many teeth before, but I've certainly never met one brazen enough to come right out with that justification.

Merjolie, thanks. I will check her out. Not sure how far that is, but I definitely want someone good.
