We have power here in Bristol, although some of the nearby towns have been hit pretty hard.

Channel 9 is out for me too... and my Internet wasn't working for a little while, either.

Oh crap. I had to come back to NY again this week and my Monitor heater in NH needs to be primed if the power goes out. Hope it doesn't get too cold before I get back on Sunday!

I hope that all of you are fine, healthy, have food and power - the inconvenience for some will pass though.

If you want to travel a bit come to my "neck of the woods" in Northern NJ where we only got rain and some wind as the temps hovered in the upper 30's throughout.

Right now it's Mostly Sunny and windy with the temperature at this writing is at 43 degrees.

Be well my friends.

Hi NJ guy,Being I also came from the tri-state area I do appreciate the snow more than others, thats one of the things we like about NH. On the other hand when poor Jfr lives in the snow belt of NY and they get that lake effect and it starts in Oct,I can understand getting tired of it and not wanting to be in it anymore.

Jfr..I hope I didn't overstep my bounds...

And just think there's at least more than likely another 3+ months of this yet to come.

roe your fine . don't mind me, ever since i had my back surgery winter just isn't my thing anymore. your right about the snow belt, last two months have been one lake effect band after another. it won't stop here atleast until april, so it makes for a very long winter. i know all my 38 years of living in south eastern n.h we never got nearly as much snow as we get here. last winter we went 46 straight days of snow. thank god we won't be here come mid january cause we'll be in s.c living whoo hoo.
