That sounds like a plan. I'll show you how to use trusts and LLCs out of Nevis. When done correctly it takes the money out of the U.S. economy, but on the upside it keeps the profits from being "redistributed."

CV - I was actually being sarcastic. If housing prices in Londonderry and some of the other "executive" towns fell to market prices it would be considered a disaster. There are a bunch of about 10 split level houses near my condos that were selling for about 300k. IMHO they are worth about half that and at least one has been abandoned. I have seen prices triple for some real estate. There is no way that these properties will be allowed to drop to a free market value. Too many people would lose far too much money.
At least my condo is about the "workforce housing" price level. I would welcome the development of several more condominiums similar to mine. There is land at the north side of town that would be ideal. Now to change our "executive" zoning to allow this type of housing.

The Hidden Agenda Behind Work Force Housing!
Today in the National Review Online Rush Limbaugh responded to our first Muslim President's comments about him.
Yes this absolutely does have everything to do with regards to Work Force Housing and how this very dangerous ideology of polarization of the very hard working middle class affects our great state of New Hampshire! Here is the link to the article below;
Limbaugh Responds to Obama - Byron York - The Corner on National Review Online
SENATE BILL 342
AN ACT establishing a mechanism for expediting relief from municipal actions which deny, impede, or delay qualified proposals for workforce housing.
SPONSORS: Sen. Fuller Clark, Dist 24; Sen. Larsen, Dist 15; Sen. Reynolds, Dist 2; Sen. Burling, Dist 5; Sen. DeVries, Dist 18; Sen. Foster, Dist 13; Sen. Hassan, Dist 23
COMMITTEE: Public and Municipal Affairs
This bill is clearly dictating a Socialist Anti Productivity Agenda which in Plain English means this: A way for Politicians to have more control and power over its citizens and to build a voting base which would insure that these criminal politicians maintain their power, influence and control!

Thank you, Comet. The collectivists goal has always been to subordinate the individual to the state. Workforce Housing is a strategy with that goal in mind. Socialism through welfarism. This type of strategy is usually veiled, and its dependents become its victims.

Eminent Domain and Workforce Housing have a direct link. This means the state can force you off your property in order to comply with the proposed Workforce housing legislation!
This legislation has nothing to do with freedom but rather everything to do with State Rule and Limiting the Freedoms and Choices we as Americans have fought so hard to realize and protect!
I would like to see a detailed list of all of the law makers who are supporting this fascist measure! We need to target these treasonous beeps and get them the bleep out of the legislature!

Workforce housing has no real effect on me as I already live there. The problem is simply there is not enough of it. Besides why should wealth be the sole determinant in where you can live, go to school, or work?

Because we are supposed to be a society based on Capitalism and despite the attempts by many-we are not at full blown Socialism yet.

and... why shouldn't it? these are privileges, not rights. Yes, this country provides free public education. never said the quality of it, although the teachers try. work? strongly advised. it's a rough economy right now and nothing is guaranteed especially that you can work where you live or where you want.
why should you have things just because you want them? unless you can afford them. As Nicole pointed out, this country is based on capitalism, there are other countries to choose from that run differently.
