So did you get the house? Sounds like you want it so just go ahead it get it! Sounds kind of awful to me but like we all agreed what is H* to me is heaven to others

I'm flying out there in 2 weeks, to take a more thorough walk of both the house, property, and town.

At that point, if my wife and I are happy with what we see, we'll then submit a written offer with our contingencies.

The sellers are into it for very little, and just want out.
