Default Cost of converting a 3 season house into a 4 season home..

hi all - just wondering if anyone in nh has ever done the conversion of a 3-season vacation house into a permanent residence? any ideas of costs? we know the obvious, insulation, plumbing, etc. just wondering if anyone has done it and got in over their heads as far a finances? if there is someone who did this, could you recommend a reliable contractor (specifically in the white mountain region)? any advice would be appreciated!

I think your biggest problem will be keeping the water lines from freezing. The rest is just tightening and insulating. My in-laws have had very good work done. I will try and get the contractor's name.
