No income tax, no sales tax, no capital gains tax, no death tax. Well educated work force, good schools, nice mix of rural & cityscapes. Low crime, state reps & state senators that are part time citizens who make only $100 a year. All state elected officals serve just 2 year terms, not 4 year terms.....this keeps government closer to the people. I could go on
