the project is still in its conceptual phase - the site is less than 2 acres including the abutting property...

IF it ever gets built, the lucky tenants will have a view of the Valley St. cemetery and the Valley St. jail....

Ooh the view sounds great I saw that in 2008 they did a study about building a convention center/hotel kinda thing. It sounded great. 400 rooms and who knows how much SF-age of space. But it was just a study. I hope they build something like that though.

we already have the Center of NH - it's a very nice convention center (the circle building in the pictures) that includes the Radisson Hotel

there are more than a dozen hotels in the area - don't know what we'd need another one for....

Manchester could use more parking lots........

Buck, how far back do you go?
Remember Websters restaraunt?
Howdys?
The original Little Mexico?
Sabos Bakery/sub shops?
The Zoo?
The Diehards?

I'm ancient...My dad was born and raised on a farm where SNHU and I-93 is now.

I do remember Howdy's and the Zoo.

I was there once when a patron shot the jukebox because he didn't like the song playing. There was a rough crowd there, but I knew a lot of them...chuckle.

I rode a harley for a long time.

Developers (saviors) just reroofed and are redeveloping the Pandora Sweater Mill for mixed use. The 324 Resturant on Canal street has good food. they use sheet copper on the tower roof. looks great.
