Home buying Grafton county (Lebanon, Hanover: apartment, condos, buying a house)

we are small family with 1 kid living in lebanon,NH in anapartment. we were thinking of buying a house.We moved here about 8 months before from Atlanta. we looked for some newly build house with min of 3 bed 2bath and max of 30min commute to lebanon for work. After doing our search around Lebanon, Hanover,Enfield and Grantham. we found there are no newly build single family homes most of them are 80's or 50's build homes but there are condos out those are 2000's build or 90's build, I would like to get suggustion from you will buying a condos good investment in lebanon or buying a single family home around grantham/labanon or enfield with more space. As we have long winter will the condos be a good investment as its a maintanance free life? thanks for all your thoughts.

did you look on the nneren website ? I found a few that fit your description...one is a split entry that was built in 2005....another was built in 1995, but looks nice. There's also a new home listeda5 55 westboro woods lanethat was built in 2007. But that one has association fees, not sure what the situation is there. All are in the range of $200K.

I have nothing against condos, but privacy can be an issue. Also you have to consider the maintenance fees, etc.
