Question Coming to NH for the weekend ...

I'm not sure if this ok to post here, if not please ignore.

My family and I are coming up for the weekend....we are hoping to move to either southern Maine or NH...we are just scouting areas out for now. But we are also bringing our children and I think we will have a many hours to occupy them. What could we do? We are staying in Rochester. Kids are all in elementary school. Any indoor mini golf places? Bowling? Is there a lot of snow? Is there a place to go sledding? Any and all info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Pauline

Visit the Children's Museum in Dover. The Childrens Museum of New Hampshire There is a bowling alley in Porstmouth, and I believe in Dover too....(it has been awhile). There also was a Chuck E Cheese in Portsmouth, and I think it is still there.
Good luck and have fun!

Good time to visit. You will be seeing NH at it's least attractive. If you like it now you will love it in summer, fall and deep winter.
