The best auto repair shops and mechanics in Nashua, NH?
Hello All...
I just moved to Nashua, NH from MA and I heard that getting your car inspected in NH is very difficult. I love my car shop that I used to go to in MA for years and I trust the mechanics there as well. I am looking for the best car shop here in Nashua that I can rely on and the mechanics that I can trust. Can you recommend me the best car shop here in town (Nashua that is)....
Thank you..

I was also from MA and was also looking for a trust worthy Mechanic like I once had down in MA, and after many trial and errors here, I found a hidden jem and I have never looked back. Go see Ralph and you will see what I mean. Good Luck.

I really like Gurney's, they are in Nashua right off exit 6 (very nice/clean facility) and just opened a Milford location not long ago as well.
My oldest vehicle is 14 years old with 150k+ miles and my commuting car is 6 years old with 135k miles... They have given then fair inspections and only called out real issues. Don't take that as they will ignore REAL problems; they just won't identify "fake" problems to try and take your money.
Likewise had some issues with my wife's car and the repair cost ended up being what I considered very fair given the parts cost & labor actually involved. I usually do my own repairs and it really was a reasonable cost for all that was needed...refreshingly honest.
If you have a Saab, Saabworks just past Milford is hard to beat and have great prices...but they specialize in Saabs (obviously).

We like Gurney's on Broad street too.
We first used them after we won a gift card at a church fair. We use them now for annual inspections and the few times we have had questions about things. They even told us that a problem we had would be fixed free by the car dealer but if they did it they would have to charge. We then had the dealer fix it and Gurney's people were very nice about the whole thing.
I change the oil in both cars and do minor things but it's nice to know that they are there if we need them.
